Is it usual that the female is very agile and quick while the male is like really slow and clumpsy?

No... the female is usually not quite as energetic as the male.
In saying that, comparing to other parrots both are far more active...on the go all the time,

okay cause my female kakariki is really energetic climbing all over and doing that sound when playing music


and the male is really calm and yeah the quite opposite maybe :)



Also ive noticed they had some white stains on their feathers. Is that like a sign of colour change or something?

I think I need a blood transfusion from my Kakariki's, I could certainly use some of their energy! Laughing
