Hi all, I am looking to sell my Kakarikis (Joe) as we are not able to spend enough time with him & he has started to bite my husband (who used to be the only one that could get Joe out of his cage). My husband brought Joe in December 2015 as a Christmas present for myself & my daughter but as my husband was home quite a bit from work, Joe took to him. I am not able to touch him as he bites but he allows my daughter to get him in & out of the cage. We feel that it is quite cruel that he is kept in his cage a lot of the time now (as my husband has started working quite long hours) & we are not sure whether this may be the reason why Joe has become a bit feral. We also know that he is very smart & gets bored in his cage. We think that Joe needs to be with someone who can spend more time with him or maybe even another Kakariki. We have a budgie that Joe has for company all day (they are in seperate cages). We are located in Sydney & I am not sure if this is the way to go to sell Joe but would appreciate any input. Thanks very much
