Hey folks.

I recently found a female for my male kakariki since well his last mate died of sickness .

Im curious though as i remember he treating her fondly and well they basically looked like a couple.

But now with his new friend he is more or less chasing her away constantly. When she does her mating call he just comes to attack or chase her away. Any helpful tips?

They've been in the same cage for about a week now
