i dont have any house plants im not green fingered and the boiler is brand new.
not sure what my pans are made out off ? can that harm them then ?????
to be honest now i have sat and thought about it. it just wasnt ment to be . he had always had a limp, but the vet said prob a defect. at least he was well loved and looked after :) while he was here :)
Your pans...non stick= teflon
do u sometimes think your are getting the flu, bones a bit achy and stuff then next day dont think anythng more about it? Does this occur after cooking bacon or a steak?
We have lost bg parrots to teflon.
Run a word search on these forums for teflon quik search block to the left. _________________ My Spelling is Not Incorrect...It's 'Creative'

I am so sorry to hear of your loss and tohear of your husband.
I just lost my Kakariki- he was beautiful and not one thing wrong with him, he talked, he was territorial but nothing else.
I opened the cage and he went to figt me -(this was always a laugh because he never hurt me) and he sat on the top of his 'cocky' cage and watched while I fed the two cockatiels in the next cocky cage. All of the sudden something happened and all of the birds flew up (startled) and my rickie hit something, the wall or the window next to us. I saw him fall to the floor with his head bent forward having a fit. - I think he broke his neck
Of all of the years I have raised birds night frights (as I call them) are the worst killers of all. Usually it can be a cat walking under the cage or a shadow over the window.
I am still in mourning for my rickie- I still look for him, it has only been a week.
I think that there is a good chance your Rickie had a fright since you may have been gone and the home environment was different.
All the best for the future, Kathy
