Contacted by phone...
1/ you WILL need a saftey door, kakariki are very quick, and this will be required for your permit.
2/The artifical grass, the birds will destory and will make very difficult cleaning and hygene.
3/The Clear roofing will cause very high temps in summer, would reconmend to fully roof/cover with construction ply, and shaded by a tree...or suspended shade cloth about 200mm above the ply roof.
4/ Remove a lot of the 'junk' to give better flying space
5/ A great toy is a wire Rat wheel...or Hamster wheel as discussed by a Canadaian member a yr or so ago in these forums.
6/ A slated base gives rise to decaying debbis under the avairy, rats mice, and smell....
What we have best is pumice (#3 sand) mortar about 2 to 4cm thick, with a 20L bucket dug into the ground and covered with mesh, under a plastic cat littler tray (used for bathing and water) The mortar is laid to have a fall to the bucket.
A layer of pumice sand over this 2 to 3mm thick and raked regularly and topped up keeps thing clean and dry...Also a good source of Calcium.

We have a couple of males, but dont have any unrealeted females avalible at the moment.

Rossella are an agressive bird....no Also DoC do not allow mixed flights, nore more than 1 pair per flight...thu this flight would house a flock of about 7 kakariki well, and they would be far happier so long as dont breed.

Rossella....I consider the same as mynas, magpies, rabbits, rats, mice, stoats, ferrits and possium...they are a pest and cause great damage to the NZ enviroment plants and wild life.
Rosella are common in the wild, and also go to nest before our native birds do...leaving our native parrots no where to nest and if they do in highly at risk locations.
Non of the above vermin have a place in the very unique NZ enviroment.
