the female is bending her head down and the male seems to be pecking her head is this right ,mayb there ready to breed im not too sure any help is appreciated thanks

What other behaviours are happening?
Is she making small squeaky chirp sounds... does she sit asking to be feed? does he feed her?
are there nesting boxes? are they inspecting them? or just him?
Are you sure you have a male and female?

Any of the behavouralstuff above?
Are they in a cage or aviary?
If putting in nest boxes need 2
And once breeding they produce a lot off spring very quickly.. Healthy good diet etc will produce 6 to 8 healthy adults every 7 to 10 weeks.. so need a good sized holding flight for weaning off.

there both in a cage ,they both makeing low pitched noises i guess talking to each other.as for other behavours there is nothing as yet
