Hello,

First of all, sorry for my bad english.

Could anyone please help me - For weeks ago I went to a pet shop, and found this beauty parrot, in a very little cage, hairless and nasty condition, it was terrible, so I decided, not to leave her/him there. duno

Our veterinary has no idea if this bird is hen or male.

He or She is very little for a Kakariki. And as I think, he or she is under the weight limit, so I know, that I have to wait with patiently, and give time for him/her to get good condition, but if you have experienced with Kakariki sexing, please let me know your tips. Thank you.

We have had large females with the long narrow beck like that we have often mistaken fo a cock bird
Even so, I would say cock bird
The crown looks as if has a little yellow in in it...and very light red, I suspect a lot of hybridisation also.
Very scuffy bird, even if in full moult.

Very scuffy means his run-down position?
Sorry, but my english is not enough to understand "scuffy"

He was one and a half year in this pet shop - if it is true, what they tell to me. It was neon light, very little cage, lot of other birds around him, and very bad food. No water to have a bath, no space to move, I dont want to count more.... It was terrible.

He is the second bird, who have to came home with me. Last october I found a BOURKE parrot in the same condititon, with an eye-infection, it was terrible also, but today he is a very pretty and healthy bird with a beautiful wife. <v>
Never give up to saving poor birds from pet shops. **** petshops.

Yep
And yes from your description that would result in run down condition

Give him 30 days, and he would be in great condition. (I HOPE)
He's so cute, curious, all day he turn round and round, flying around the room, he has very nice skills, like an acrobat. He use his leg to grip the food, so cute, I just love him.
